NY Steak and Asparagus

Just whipped together another quick meal and thought I would share. I took a New York steak out of the freezer and poured Red Wine vinegar and Montreal Steak seasoning into the freezer bag, resealed and let it thaw out for a couple of hours. Grabbed a handful of fresh Asparagus, drizzled Olive Oil over it and sprinkled it with fresh ground pepper and a pinch of salt. BBQ-d both on high heat on grill until steak was medium rare and asparagus was browned. Yummy and healthy dinner in a jiffy!
